I was coming through on a cross country trip to Seattle and needed a tire repair for both tires. They were awesome, helping me get the right fix. They could have sold me anything and I would have taken it, but instead they were super helpful, and fixed my bike and got me back on the road. Exactly what you want in a local bike shop. I could not give them a higher recommendation.

Unbelievable service. I’m a cyclist but not a bike mechanic. I had an emergency repair while training for a ride. They got me in and fixed me up in 30 minutes. I don’t think this is normal but it speaks to their business model and character. I think regular repairs are a couple weeks. Customer for life!

Just left and it was the best. We were welcomed and they gave off a good vibe. Best place to go to get your bike repaired. We were welcomed by the stores cat named voodoo it’s very friendly.

I really like these guys - Matt and Forrest in particular. I've received exceptional service on my bike 3 or 4 times and it's always been surprisingly reasonable. I walk out feeling like I owe them money.
