I had an appointment booked. Drove half hour to get there only to find out the therapist had booked another person at the same time and took them in. So then I had to drive a half hour back home. I communicated with a therapist because I had a confirmation via text message. And she confirmed that my appointment was for 11 AM on that day. Which made no sense. I've been calling this place since October and still calling till day, and no one answers. I've left a bunch of messages and filled out the contact us on the website several times. ARE YOU EVEN OPERATING???

Koby is a fantastic and caring therapist. I wish I would have reached out sooner after my surgery, but she made a huge difference in my mobility with the MLD technique she utilizes. I have another surgery coming up so I will definitely be coming to see her sooner rather than later. Thanks Koby!
