Staff is wonderful and management is very helpful.
Staff was outside in the smoking area more than they were inside caring for residents. Residents are left to fend for themselves and able to leave the facility without being missed by staff. Had to hire someone to stay with our loved one at the facility on top of paying the facility, to provide the care he needed due to lack of caring trained staff. Management turned a blind eye to our numerous complaints. Facility is not clean and doesn't provide even the basic care for it's residents. Do not use this facility
I agree with Timmy horrible place to work manager gets in your face yells at you like a child you go the the director of the place about issues they just laugh about. I wouldn't put my pet dog or cat in this place. Let alone a human
This place might be alright for those who are largely independent/ need a place to live and can almost fully care for themselves (if they don't mind the predominant urine smell that pervades the building). Our family member was mostly bed-bound/ non-ambulatory and needed more care, which we were told they would be able to handle at the highest pay-grade/ care-level. This was not the case. My 92 year old sister-in-law stayed at Cedar Grove for 2 weeks after breaking her leg. The admission process was stress-free and she was very satisfied with the food and care. The staff was very caring and efficient.
