Ms Stacy is a tall lady with short hair. She was horrible to my son. Made him sit out of group activities more than often & when I asked to converse with her to gain clarity of what was going on she avoided me but she gladly took the gift for appreciation day. She advocated for my son to be spanked by his dad who is abusive as is & it’s caused issue since we’ve discontinued services. This facility is not a good facility .my son began to hesitate entering this place EVERYDAY! In the toddler group I at least got updates after he transitioned the slowly stopped coming as I discovered they would isolate him majority of the day and I worked full time plus the commute time ! His speech wasn’t the best at first but once it got better I got all the details !!! This place is not great. We started here because it was the only daycare with availability for our 4 month old for the start date we needed (which probably should have tipped us off, but we had no other options). We ended up pulling him out after a month because one of his teachers displayed a particular lack of patience for him that made us feel bad for leaving him there every day.
