I was there for 5 weeks. All the staff were caring and answered any of my concerns. The cleaning staff were in my room several times a day. Of course my first breakfast tray ended up smashed on the floor due to my awkwardness. Looked like a food fight in college. It was immediately cleaned up because the sound of clanging dishes alerted the whole staff and a new tray appeared within minutes. I'm quite a joker so I had lots of fun teasing the staff. It was like leaving old friends. Their care was simply outstanding.
Can you speak to the social workers Regarding a patient. Say and Catherine were awesome and very helpful. The patient that I went to visit is doing wonderful and loves the physical therapy he’s getting.
My mom has been at Cedar Crest since 03/03/26 for rehab post surgery. The staff have been great and mom is progressing well with rehab. Do wish the nursing staff were a little more timely when responding to patients request, but overall a great experience. Keep up the great work.😊
It was my first visit to Cedar Crest. I live in Gilroy and am a disaster with directions. Everything went well. Staff was very friendly.
