The reception desk staff members was friendly and checked us in quickly and gave the location of our friend to visit. The facility was clean and the staff members were friendly. Our visit was good.
I was there for 5 weeks. All the staff were caring and answered any of my concerns. The cleaning staff were in my room several times a day. Of course my first breakfast tray ended up smashed on the floor due to my awkwardness. Looked like a food fight in college. It was immediately cleaned up because the sound of clanging dishes alerted the whole staff and a new tray appeared within minutes. I'm quite a joker so I had lots of fun teasing the staff. It was like leaving old friends. Their care was simply outstanding.
Can you speak to the social workers Regarding a patient. Say and Catherine were awesome and very helpful. The patient that I went to visit is doing wonderful and loves the physical therapy he’s getting.
