Had an employee come here twice for a drug test. Both times they made errors in the collection so we couldnt use the test. I ended up having my employee take the next test in ST George.
Absolutely the WORST clinic to work with. I needed some test results asap and it was quite similar to pulling teeth trying to get them to send it. Just do not even bother going here.

Early morning not so busy. Drug screen is done 8am-3:30pm. Physical are appointment only
This place is a joke. Won’t answer when you call, claim to call you multiple times and leave multiple messages, but didn’t call or leave any. Town of 60,000 people and they schedule one working provider for the day and then send that provider to meetings during scheduled appointments so that there is no one there to do anything. If there were ANY other options in cedar, this place would have gone out of business.
