Early morning not so busy. Drug screen is done 8am-3:30pm. Physical are appointment only
This place is a joke. Won’t answer when you call, claim to call you multiple times and leave multiple messages, but didn’t call or leave any. Town of 60,000 people and they schedule one working provider for the day and then send that provider to meetings during scheduled appointments so that there is no one there to do anything. If there were ANY other options in cedar, this place would have gone out of business.
I changed my review, from 1 star to 5 stars, because I have been noticing the changes in the employees that work at the front desk. Seems they have been trained to be more respectful and kind. Thank you for listening to your customers!
I have been in 3 times in the last month. The first time I was turned away for not having the proper documentation (I did, but didn’t realize it until later. They just assumed I didn’t and didn’t ask questions about what I actually had. I assumed they knew what they were talking about and was sent on my way.) Every time I have been in since, they’ve been short and rude with me and other patients who’ve come in.
