I have received two treatments of shockwave therapy for hip pain that I have had for the past couple of months. After the first session I had a very noticeable improvement and after the second visit most of the pain was gone. Very impressed with all of the staff and the office in general!

Just switched primary care provider to this facility. Chaz Moore actually read the forms. I filled out and asked me about everything. He addressed every question and concern I had and gave me viable options. I actually felt heard and cared about! This wellness group also provides many other services that I have utilized in the past they’re very professional, courteous, and kind I would recommend them to anyone who needs any services from their group.
