Scam. I was supposed to get a $4,835.00 refund according to my Transcripts, I only got $1,600 back and she said she only charged $990. That's $2,200 unaccounted for. Then I calculated the money I made from self employment to make it easier on her, she told me "We'll just put something down" which she put $810 when I actually made around $7,000 that year doing hair.
