I thought I had booked an online appointment for 25th July but turned up and found it had failed. Front of house was very apologetic and booked me in for 0800 26th July 2025. Arrived to find that booking had not been made. Front of house fobbed me off on 25th July, she even took my phone number so was very convincing. The staff today again were very apologetic and offered me an alternative treatment. Not much use when I needed the luxury pedicure. Had a really poor pedicure experience. I arrived on time and then was left to wait for 15 minutes (and had to redo a form I’d already completed online). When the appointment did start, she was chewing gum and very harsh on my feet, including the water being boiling. Due to the poor removal job, this meant specks of my old polish (bright blue) are mixed in with my new colour (white).
