I'm from France & over my life have had a lot of acupuncture. When I moved to SA I worried because most were so different, they didn't take pulses, they didn't seem authentic at all. I also didn't get any positive response from the treatment. I tried Dr. Gulyas because I was at my wits end, having developed Gastroparesis from a virus. Dr Cecilia and her staff are very professional and listened to my problem areas and addressed them. As a recently retired military veteran who cannot consistently get VA care from when I need it, I appreciate that she takes the time to explain cause and affect of treatment as well as how my choices outside of her clinic affect me managing my pain. Definitely my #1 choice for acupuncture in SAntonio.
Dr Cecilia Gulyas is a very unprofessional person she is not recommended at all very very deceitful person and leaves needles in your body and dismiss you when you tell her about it. And she holds your records hostage it’s been a month now we are still awaiting our records. She discriminates against veterans and that is unacceptable.

Dr. Gulyas is an excellent acupuncturist. Dedicated to the well being of her patients. Her all encompassing knowledge of health matters are unmatched. Her concern is for the health of the whole person. She is well educated and steeped in traditional Chinese medicine as a third generation medical professional.
