I bought a lock from this shop, and only now do I realize the purpose of the plastic piece the owner tried to throw away—he actually discarded it right in front of me. It turns out that piece is meant to attach the lock to the bike when it's not in use. The owner who sold me the lock was extremely rude and treated me as if I didn’t know anything. In contrast, the young man who sold me the bike was kind, respectful, and helpful—a completely different experience.
