I recently bought a lock for my bike. The owner who sold it to me was extremely rude and treated me like an idiot. In contrast, the young man who sold me the bike was very different—he was kind and respectful.

Thank you for solving my problem of deflating front tyre and going the extra mile to tighten my seat. Unfortunate that the manager or owner was pushing the man repairing my bike so much I do not see why he needs the extra pressure from the senior staffer in a degrading manner for him. Employees deserve dignity even junior positions. It made the experience less enjoyable for me because I felt like I was back at my job with a boss breathing down my neck.
