I had a loan with CCSEFCU years ago and they were great. I needed another car loan and was hoping to go with this credit union. I applied for a loan in Sept and they called to inform me I was pre-approved a few days later and would receive an email which I never received. I told them when they called that I would be purchasing a vehicle from an out of state dealer and was informed that it would not be a problem. I love CCSEFCU and I tell everybody that! They come through for me every time I need them for an auto loan or personal loan. Their credit card and loan rates can't be beat! The customer service is great from the tellers to the loan manager. I'm truly grateful to be a member of this credit union!
