TERRIBLE. THEY MADE A MISTAKE AND BLAMED US. We tried to pay for the rent as usual but got declined 8 times even though we had enough in the checking account. So, we asked the bank to fix the problem MULTIPLE TIMES, but they didn’t fix it so couldn’t pay for the rent in time and we had to pay 200 dollars for the late fee. They could have just found and fixed the problem when we asked but they blamed US because they failed over and over and didn’t know what to do.
