I have been doing business with Cecil Bank for several decades, without a single problem. Every person, from the manager to the drive-thru teller, strives to maintain excellent customer service. Although I've moved out of state, I remain a faithful customer, as their service cannot be matched. There's always the occasional bump in the road of life.
