Called to discuss a multi million dollar community reinvestment act loan. Was rushed off the phone by robin with her total lack of interest in even gathering my contact information. After i pressed her to take my email, and asked her to send me a courtesy email she said said she was too busy. And more or less hung up on me. Anyone at cecil bank should pull that call and judge for yourself if you think she is an effective representation of your bank.
