I am extremely mad I got burned by your booking staff. I Book a birthday party for Sunday the 7th at the North Edmonton branch. The staff was ok. You phone call booking staff complete screwed us. I called to book for 6 kids. And wanted food and server and cups and ice cream and the what we know know the Ultimate Package after being told.
