Nothing Like Chuck E. Cheese Used to be, No more waiting 15 minutes for a show thats just a cover. No more tokens and tickets, the best combo. No more cool chuck e cheese. No more Food coming up to tables. You should just keep the stages that are left.
Chucky cheese is horrible now. I been calling corporate/customer service for months regarding an incident that occurred involving an employee grabbing my son. Which happen to be the general manager, he yelled at me and told me to call corporate because he wouldn’t get fired. The police was called and the police said he would issue a day play. Chuck E. Cheese Membership Scam Warning I am extremely disappointed and honestly shocked by how Chuck E. Cheese handles its memberships. What I experienced feels shady, predatory, and intentionally confusing, especially for parents. I visited twice with my 3-year-old child and believed I was purchasing a pay-as-you-go play card. This is the worst place and they have the worst customer service, you don’t want to go there.
Chuck E. Cheese is nothing like it used to be. The service was extremely slow and the customer service was lacking. The fountain drink machine was “out of CO₂” or whatever the issue was. Imagine hosting a birthday party and not having working drinks. When I brought it to the supervisor’s attention, her response was that there was nothing she could do. The drinks were $2.99 each, and I purchased four. At the very least, there should have been an “Out of Order” sign so customers wouldn’t purchase drinks that weren’t available.... read more
