Had an issue that was solved in other cebuana branch but when suggested, they declined but ended up calling the other branch. That was good response but one of the lady teller when she explains in loud voice and no use of please. Please educate your employees to be courteous and have a good image thru their mouths and actions. If Cebuana branch manager cares for more customers, they can be educated properly and everyone will be happy. They could look into how employees in restaurants are serving people. It’s so good 😊
They refused to appraise my jewelry without properly checking it. However, when I went to a different pawnshop, my jewelry was accepted.
