This company is horrible. They hire agents to find loads for truck drivers. The drivers barely bring a check home after driving 1000 miles a week. Example below: Day1- driver gets a load, drives 180 miles. Rate for this load is $650. ....CDS gets 25% from EVERY load(although CDS gets their cut before the load is given to the agent). So we called that double dipping. Driver pays insurance, fees, ifta, cargo. All this comes out of their weekly check. The truck driver is left with maybe $100 from this load.
