Charlie Soltis is the most unethical owner I’ve ever worked for. Doesn’t care about who he screws over as long as he comes out on top. Didn’t pay me my sign on bonus. Didn’t cover any of my medical insurance although in his offer letter it says the company pays 40%. Doesn’t pay overtime for on call weekends. Just lie after lie and he doesn’t care. I would never recommend working for or using CDS EVER!!
