In 2023 Aaron Dickey sent in paperwork to change my business from an LLC to an Scorp and then forgot about it. He filed my 2024 taxes incorrectly and I figured it out at the end of 2025. He amended my 2024 taxes and submitted the Scorp taxes, but since they were late I owe the IRS over $2200 in late fees. After Aaron sent in the Scorp taxes I received a letter form the IRS saying they had received the return but that the EIN was incorrect.
