Very bad service. I’ve got unsuccessful results from TRA that translation is machine translated and Shital Baniya who worked there got 800 Aud to translate my documents. And other problem was, she uploaded someone else document to my TRA and they don’t want to answer me anymore and don’t take responsibility for. She took 1300 from me. I paid 1200 Aud for TRA and everything is gone now and I have to do all by myself. I leave this company to God to judge them the way it should be.
