Was called by these folks about a bill that had been paid in full over a year previously. They are either incompetent or scam artists. Always check when you get a call from them!
Why i have a derogatory point on my credit i never lived in Idaho and the address attached on that derogatory points is from Idaho i call and they can't find my account lol..

Communication was sloppy and inconsistent, and getting clear, accurate information about the account felt nearly impossible. The representatives I spoke with were rude, dismissive, and uninterested in actually helping. I wouldn’t even leave a one star review if it would let me. What a joke of a business. Poorest excuse for a means to try and collect on a debt don’t say anything about who they are just ask for a zip code and sound like a scam call. Once paid won’t do anything to help only report one time and won’t call a credit bureau to inform them it has been paid lazy bunch of people. Bank informed me all these guys say are lies and confirmed that they are just 100% lazy.
Coming after me for someone elses debts. They said that the department that handles that kind of thing does not take phone calls and hung up on me. Incredibly rude and unprofessional
