Dealing with CDI Affiliated Service was one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve had. Communication was sloppy and inconsistent, and getting clear, accurate information about the account felt nearly impossible. The representatives I spoke with were rude, dismissive, and uninterested in actually helping. I wouldn’t even leave a one star review if it would let me. What a joke of a business. Poorest excuse for a means to try and collect on a debt don’t say anything about who they are just ask for a zip code and sound like a scam call. Once paid won’t do anything to help only report one time and won’t call a credit bureau to inform them it has been paid lazy bunch of people. Bank informed me all these guys say are lies and confirmed that they are just 100% lazy.
Coming after me for someone elses debts. They said that the department that handles that kind of thing does not take phone calls and hung up on me. Incredibly rude and unprofessional
They sent me a letter of collection on June 2nd and call me on 12 about the letter. This is the First correspondence from them ever received. I paid them on June 12th and on June 13th I got a notice that my credit had been dinged by them. If you get a debt collection notice from them do not pay them until you receive a letter stating they will not damage your credit and you are paid in full. There is no point in paying them if they are going to damage your credit anyway.
