This company's employee is taking part in a frivolous lawsuit against a local business that reinvests in the community as opposed to the national company that their client's issue should actually be with. They are allowing their attorney to file a lawsuit against a company that legally bought and is using a piece of equipment that the client claims infringes against a patent that they hold (which was instituted in 2012).
