Good afternoon may I say that since CDC took over Ryan’s there policy to running late is they don’t have one yes that’s right they don’t have one ! There oprations team don’t have one as a ex driver you can ring up and ask for help but they keep saying no we can’t do that ! So for the Moone ponds people that’s why your bus service is always late as HR and ops don’t care ! So if yo need a bus get there 2 hours before bus gets there !
Our recent bus services at Moonee ponds (route 467)was replaced by CDC, and it has been a dissatisfying experience. Bus were never on time , late to no show, it cause so much inconvenience to the public transport users . Back when it was operated by Ryan bus , it is far more better than this operator .
Why is it that every week there is industrial action? In the past month we haven’t been able to catch a bus because there’s been action 3 times cause y’all argue about your own conditions and pay when you can’t do your job right anyway. Hopefully y’all are fixed soon so you stop making commuters lifes hell.
All this week I have been on School Pickup at StAlbans Secondary College. What l witnessed each day was the 418 / 408 /419 buses were not doing 40 km l limit in school times while the 40 zone was on and the crossing flags were displayed. And they continue to pull out of Alfreida street and block the road and the oncoming traffic can’t get through l don’t know why this Company have Drivers that live and drive like they are above the road rules. Unexceptional behavior
Absolutely useless at being on time. The very first bus in the AM on my route is hit and miss. 10 mins late this morning, which meant I would have missed my train. I'm going to start sending you invoices for the Uber trips I have to take.
