Didn't update bus routes online when drivers went on strike. 410 bus route is constantly late and unreliable
CDC buses would have to be the worst service. Buses don't turn up and driver's are constantly late.
Tried calling CDC head office multiple times from 4pm - 4:30pm with no response despite being open until 5pm. Apparently, CDC customer service clocks off early for the day!
Horrible, dysfunctional service. Being late or not showing up is the norm here. Very badly run, and it’s just unfortunate that the public has no alternatives than to suffer with these horrific management practices. CDC need to be seriously audited for its management and practices
