Katrinca is reliable, professional and friendly. She's on time and a great communicator. I trust her to transport my mother regularly to Dr appointments. It's hard to find transportation for seniors in Lorain County and we're so happy to have found her!
Katrinka's service was top notch!!! She was not only timely and helpful, she was also kind and knowledgeable about Cleveland and Oberlin. It felt more like getting a ride from a friend, a timely and super professional one, than a general car serice. I highly recommend you using her services when you are in the Cleveland area!
