Always late! Don't understand why they dont adjust the timetable! This is disrespectful of the customers, who have to wait in the heat for sometimes 20min-30 min. This is ridiculous!!!
CDC Bus Company consistently fails to deliver even the most basic standard of reliable public transport. Services are frequently late, cancelled without notice, or simply do not arrive at all. This is not an occasional lapse — it is a recurring pattern that directly impacts families and, more concerningly, leaves children stranded at bus stops. Our son left his phone today on the bus when coming back from school. I contacted CDC and had the pleasure to speak to Fiona. She went above and beyond to try and contact the bus driver and have him search the bus (it took her an hour to contact him for technocal reasons). He did, and he found it. Fiona called me back and said that the phone was found, and that the bus driver will give our son his phone at school pick up tomorrow morning at our bus stop. Bus 115, rego starting with ‘355’ through buderium, purposely didn’t pull off the road in the designated buss section to stop for a passenger drop off, after pulling out in front of a car and traffic of about 7 to 10 cars. We had to break down from 60 to below 30km/h. Then when beeped at for not pulling fully off the road (during peak hour traffic causing havoc with the traffic) he just slowed down even more to be a bit of a smarty pants.
