I used to really love this credit union. Never had a problem with getting approved for a loan, always had good customer service from the representatives that I worked with. However lately they are crap on the customer service tip. I have not spoken to not one rep that I would give 4 stars to. Even the so call manger is lacking. COVID and this new generation screwed everything up we can't even get good customer service anymore. It took me three calls to get a basic call back. The best credit union and services. Wendy Lambert and Martin Rucker provided excellent assistance to me and they were extremely pleasant, punctual, and professional and always available for questions. I will highly recommend CDC Federal credit union, and also referred my sister who works at CDC to open account and access great services and she has been pleased, along with other colleagues I referred. Once again thanks a million for your great service:)
This company is one of the worst. Their lenders and management REFUSE to return calls or emails regarding files. They also cannot close a loan on time. It would be nice for someone - anyone to pick up a phone and give customer service with this company.
