I used to really love this credit union. Never had a problem with getting approved for a loan, always had good customer service from the representatives that I worked with. However lately they are crap on the customer service tip. I have not spoken to not one rep that I would give 4 stars to. Even the so call manger is lacking. COVID and this new generation screwed everything up we can't even get good customer service anymore. It took me three calls to get a basic call back.
