They said they couldn't fix the rear brakes on our trike, but our neighbor did. They charged enough money though

I would NOT recommend this bike shop to anyone. My son got a large metal piece in his tire and it popped leaving a large slice in the tire itself. He walked the bike over to get a new tire put on. The new guy that is there refused to sell him a new one. I went over to ask why he refused to sell him a tire and I asked where they other employee was he said he was FIRED with a smile. He then started cursing at me and when I was walking away he continued to yell and slammed the door and locked it. Definitely VERY POOR SERVICE.

Awesome spot for renting e bikes. Lots of local knowledge, high quality bikes. Tons of power, excellent service and goes above the call of duty to keep customers happy and cruising down the road

I came through on a bike tour and was looking for a bit of a tune up after riding some really rough and dirty trails. Ryan didn’t have capacity to fit me in as a walk in, but gave my bike a look over and let me use some tools and his stand for me to clean my drivetrain free of charge. Super thankful for his help and generosity!
