UPDATE: The VP of CD&P contacted me after reading my review below to find out more from my experience, to apologize for it, and to refund me. It is good to see that management at CD&P wants to make good about their customer satisfaction claim, so I raised my rating from 1 to 3 stars. These guys were awesome! We needed a replacement generator for our fire station and they did multiple site visits to ensure they were giving a quote for exactly what we needed and provided all that we needed (which is extensive paperwork) for the public procurement process. They made sure to work within our short timeline and kept on top of the supplier so that the unit could be delivered by the end of our fiscal year. Can't say enough good things!
