Had an issue with our dryer not running properly. I called to see if someone was able to come service it and had someone out the very next day!! The gentleman who came was very nice, polite and knowledgeable. He was very friendly to talk to. He walked me through what was wrong and gave me the option to fix the issue or to replace my dryer (something my boyfriend and I discussed doing before they came out) Some places make you feel pressured or "guilted" into hiring them to fix and replace the parts. It was a pleasure working with all the staff. From the clerical staff to the technicians who came out to assist with our issue with a washer. ,Everyone was informative and very professional. Gave honest input and recommendations on repair vs replace, etc. Knowledgeable about brands and styles, etc. Look forward to working with your team in the future.
Had an excellent experience when dealing with C&D Appliance. All communications were professional and timely. There was an issue with my LG refrigerator (never buying LG appliances again) that Chris went above and beyond to get sorted out. Day of repair, Chris was excellent. My refrigerator appeared to be working, but Chris performed some diagnostics and made all the necessary repairs. Highly recommend!!!!
