I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service experience I received from this company. On multiple occasions, I’ve had to call regarding billing issues this being the third time and each time, I was met with unhelpful responses and, more concerningly, a dismissive and rude attitude from the representative. Customer service should be built on empathy, patience, and professionalism, none of which were displayed during our interactions. They charge a $4 fee to email a bill.(paperless) and offer no way to avoid the fee regardless how it’s paid. It’s a fee to prepare a email fee. No justification to their expense..just a fee to present a fee. Then, I got billed a additional $1.95 fee for deducting this fee. I called twice to some very salty customer service reps that defended these junk fees and said “if you don't pay these fees, it will continue collecting penalties and be attached to your property tax bill”
