I am not usually one to leave negative reviews, but if it keeps someone else from spending their hard earned money at a business that won’t stand behind their products then I will. My husband and I bought 2 power Jackson couches in September of 2021. When CC’s delivered them, they delivered one power and one manual couch. Closed due to burst pipes. Ugh. Update your hours PLEASE!!
So stop by picked out 3 pieces of bedroom furniture price $1347 ask sales person if was on sale with today being Labor Day she said yes. Went down stairs price look then told us they forgot change tag best price be $1,897 so bad false advertising $550 either way no business from us.
The ladies that work there were nice. However, we purchased a new sectional and paid extra for the warranty and the warranty ppl have been the biggest pain and eventually stopped communicating with us at all. So at the end of the day, the furniture wasn't great quality and they didn't stand behind the product or the warranty that they sell. Very disappointed.
