Charlotte is highly professional, whilst being extremely kind and accepting of adapting to suit the needs of the client. She is very knowledgeable of the face and was able to help me decide what treatment to have that suited my needs. During the treatment Charlotte made me feel so at ease, her clinic is beautiful and the fact that she is a doctor makes you feel so safe!
