I stopped in today a little before 11AM- hoping to retrieve a hat I’d left on the bus yesterday; and was told by a very helpful (polite, accommodating, friendly- all the good things) security guard that the entire group/department in charge of lost and found were “at a ceremony and probably won’t be back until after 12.” The customer service representative I’d spoken to over the phone a few hours earlier hadn’t mentioned a change in normal operating hours today.
