I was in need of a Process Server in Berks County PA., and I found this firm. I called their office and the call was answered by a real person, not voicemail and my questions were answered in a very professional manner and I sent the process by PDF and it was served the next morning in Wyomissing, PA., After it was served I received an email with a photo of the location served, as well as a signed receipt showing it was served and signed for by the defendant. Horrible! This creep Ted Chase, over charged my credit card. After doing his job he sends me another bill for an even higher amount which was outrageous. After arguing with him about his unethical and horrible billing practices he said he was sorry. He tried to take advantage and he didnt get away with it! After the billing fiasco he then provided me with a garbage affidavit / proof that was for someone else's case!
