Incredibly disappointed with the quality of care received from dr Brodbelt. I’ve been desperately seeking care for a workers comp head injury for over a month and was told it was my fault for not getting care in a timely fashion. I would give zero stars if I could. Severely, disappointed. Oh and when I quietly asked the receptionist for a different doctor, she stuck her head out and told me that “she could hear my conversation”
Went in on Friday for a titer around 315pm there was 2 other pts and now me so total of 3pts. Got helped by a female employee, thw male at the front Desk was just Whining and complaining about the pts that were there. He even said we like the pts to be here before 330, even tho it was 328pm. As a healthcare professional that was totally unprofessional they need to direct that guy. Will never return here.
Someone should start documenting Tony’s interactions with other people
Tony, the person who helps at the frontdesk, is very rude and mean. I only got done my test here, cause it is the only place in summit county .
I came with a real injury, the PA noticed immediately I had bruising and limited range of motion. I was treated great. I’m wondering if all these 1 stars are from fake work comp people
