Wow. The attitude on Tony working the front desk check-in. Walked in didn't acknowledge me until 15 minutes later. Asked what are you here for? I replied a drug screening. He then asked if I had an appointment and I replied no. Of course he said slamming the papers down. Did the same to the guy behind me. Asked about an appointment and he replied no. First they will not answer their phones. So I drove an hour. Sat in waiting room for 20 minute before being told they cannot do the drug screen for my cdl because they are short handed. Though no one else was waiting in the room at 2:30pm. The next week Again tried to call never answered. Drove back another day sat in waiting room and no one would come out front. While I waiting for anyone to come out front, two other people came in and gave up when no one would come out front. Finally I too had to give up after waiting fore... read more

Was charged $450 at this location for vaccinations and lab tests that I needed for my EMT classes. I was told this was the only amount I needed to pay and I paid out of pocket. Now, almost 7 months later, I am getting a $700 bill from Labcorp (who they get the lab results from) saying I owe them as well. When I called the billing department for CCOM I was met with nothing but an answering machine several times, so I contacted the front desk. RUN AWAY AS FAST AS POSSIBLE! You will not get care here. This place is set up to deny your worker comp claim and deny you the health care you deserve. Drive to any other worker comp doctor no matter how far it is. You won't even see the doctor here. They lie about your injuries. They even tried to accuse my husband of making up his injury! 3 torn tendons and still waiting for surgery because of CCOMs incompetence and lack of any care. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE This place should be shut down.
