Tony, the person who helps at the frontdesk, is very rude and mean. I only got done my test here, cause it is the only place in summit county .
I came with a real injury, the PA noticed immediately I had bruising and limited range of motion. I was treated great. I’m wondering if all these 1 stars are from fake work comp people
Today I called and spoke to Tony for a required pre-employment drug screening and physical. I had read some negative reviews here and did not experience those issues. Tony was wonderful! He was detailed and explained what I needed to do and set up an appointment for me. I was impressed. And super glad I didn’t let those negative reviews skew my attitude towards him. I really appreciated everything!!
They are worked with me honestly for a long time now. I like Tony and Sharon the new provider
Wow. The attitude on Tony working the front desk check-in. Walked in didn't acknowledge me until 15 minutes later. Asked what are you here for? I replied a drug screening. He then asked if I had an appointment and I replied no. Of course he said slamming the papers down. Did the same to the guy behind me. Asked about an appointment and he replied no.
