Poor customer service. I purchased two men's suit and my two adult sons wore them last Friday. The wedding started at 4:30 p.m. and by 7:00 p..m. both zippers wore off track and ulimately broke in the open position. I was told because the suits wore altered (all pants have to be they come open - end at the hem) that I could not exchange or refund. Seriously, a suit should last more than 3 hours on a wedding 14 minutes from our home!
