A very good bank, they’re very helpful. All the staff is super nice as well. I’ve never had an issue with the bank or staff.

Be very careful applying for a loan here, particularly HELOC. First Bank loan officer, Melissa, was great to work with, but their underwriters & middle managers need to revisit their risk management classes & finance courses. They get all set & ready to close, then wham, some underwriter & manager determines there's not enough insurance on the house!!
