Avoid working with Cherry Creek Mortgage at all costs! As we were preparing for closing they, without notice, pulled our loan due to "market conditions". Had nothing to do with us, they just pulled the loan. So we lost the house, and earnest money. Left messages and called Jeff May, the President of Cherry Creek Mortgage, at least a dozen times. Not even the courtesy of a return call. Even if their rates seem compelling, the lack of professionalism and risk of them flaking out isn't worth it.
This place cost me tens of thousands of dollars. They approved my home loan and as I had my entire life and home business packed up in boxes and ready to move to my new home on Friday, I get a call on THURSDAY NIGHT saying that the loan didn't go through! No notice, no hint of anything. After multiple phone calls and conversations, I was told everything was solid and ready to go.
