By far the worse company!! They are scammers ! Stay away do not finance a car through them or SS motor cars , will be your biggest regret! They are scammers and they work together
The absolute worst! They changed my bill due date when I only asked questions about the process & refused to revert it back! Now I’m behind every month causing my vehicle to be repossessed twice. They offer impossible solutions that they know they’ll deny. Not to mention the harassing calls after you just spoke to them. The vehicles they offer only last for a couple of weeks maybe a week or a year before you have a billion mechanical problems. The team where I purchased my car were fine, but the finance company is horrible. I have never missed a payment, in over a year, but the one time I do they are ready to reposess. Mind you, I pay 898 a month and I paid half of this payment. So im behind a partial payment. There are people who don't pay their bills and then there are those who are just experiencing a rough patch, this company treats everyone the same. I regret purchasing through them. This is a horrible financing company they are rootless and has no heart. It two weeks after I purchased my car and I am already being harassed. I put $5,500 down for my car and after I signed over my money another $500 was add to the down payment and $1000 for tag and taxes. I wasn’t told or aware of any of this until I signed over my money orders. Two weeks later i called to pay the $1000.00. I asked for add $500 to be added on the my first car note due in two weeks .
