Is it a rule for these bus drivers to all be disgruntled. Why do these buses stop for so long at railroad crossings? It shouldn’t take a traffic light cycle to sit at the tracks. Saw a disabled bus I think 278 or 248 run a very red light at egret bay and Texas.

With all the money that we pay for taxes to the school district, we get the absolute worst service from the bus department, whether it is lack of communication or just all out Rude representatives that answer the phone they’re horrible. Now I’ve had nothing but pleasant experiences from the bus drivers on my route.

Extremely difficult getting any information from anyone at the main transportation office. Called the day before school started and one lady was chewing her food in my ear while we spoke on the phone but at least she finally gave me the info I needed. I definitely expect a higher standard of organization from CCISD, especially from the department that we are supposed to trust on the road with the kiddos.

These incompetent bus drivers on bus 129 for Victory Lakes Intermediate lost my child on the first day of school! I will make sure she’s questioned on her incompetency because it’s up from here.
