I tried to give a no star. Representative quit right after we signed up with a faulty machine took 4 months after set up to contact anyone to help. *** said 3 weeks ago he was going to send us a return label and handle this and never received one. 2 weeks later contacted him again no label to return the machine and told me (***) that he didn't have our info though when you call they ask for merchant number right off the top. I was told that the machine could take fleet cards. This was not the case. When I tried to get in contact with either my rep or the customer service department, they kept saying they would look into it. After 2 months of this they finally said they would be willing to cancel my account if I paid them a $300 cancellation fee. Once I paid the fee I was told there would be no more charges. Very dishonest company. Once they put you in the 4 yr contract paying thousands of dollars for a machine that doesn't cost more than $150.00 out right. Once they sign up and realize that you have been lied to, good luck getting your rep to talk to you or even getting a hold of customers service. I would not recommend.
In 2015 jack Raymond moles of cci of Oak Brook il came to my business to sell a POS system and promised it could do everything. It never worked and worse they were taking money out of my account that had never been approved. The scam company that they hide behind is northern leasing of New York. This company is a sham, they pull money from your account when the fees are due, it ends up they try to disguise when they pull the money under different business names... they pull extra fees that the machine calculates to your customer and lie to you about how it will save you having to pay the fees, no you just help them collect extra fees, lesson learned, if one of these people come into your business to sign you up, kick them out right away... We've been getting several calls from them over the last few weeks. One of the times I was talking to a lady and told her our situation and she said, oh you don't need us then, yet they keep calling! Today, another lady called. I told her we weren't interested and to stop calling and me hung up on us. I called them back and asked to be removed and the guy that answer hung up on me then too.
Jack ***** sold us a credit card system and a POS system July of 2014 We were told the CC system would be at a rate of 1.75% plus the cost of the card and would not ever go over 4%. after asking 12 times we finally got a complete statements we found they were charging us over 12% fraud at its best.
