When attempting to make a payment on their website, it failed. This caused me to incur a late fee. Had the website worked, the payment would have been on time. And it was a $80 fee which is extreme. Yes, I shouldn't have waited towards the end but I'm disappointed in this bank because even showing them a screenshot of their failure, they just ignored me and refused to refund the fee. If you want small town banking, here's the place to come! They will do everything they can to be in your business, and pretend to be nice about it when really its just a pile of lies and no one there can be trusted. So find another Bank- after more then a year of Promises all I got was a half done loan and a lot of fingers pointing each way but no one making good on there end!!
