Constant fraud alerts for authorized purchases. Constantly declining my card when I have more than enough money in the account.
Someone wrote me a check, the bank charged me $3 to cash the check and it was from there bank. Woman working the front was like the Spanish inquisition. Had to return a 2nd time, same horrible experience. Avoid banking here at all costs!!!

They need to come to times w/ the business hours of 9am to 5pm people are just getting done w/ work at 5pm so they are not able to use the branch office services in person if needed Also, many new CCF employees (turnover) coming and going at the bank and drive up window * is my account information safe?? Training new employees on your time .
