We were referred to CCF Bank when we needed to refinance our home mortgage. Margaret was 100% helpful from Step 1, got us the best interest rate of all the banks we talked to, and walked us through every step of the process. Highly recommend!
0 stars. Terrible customer service. Robbing people blind with their paper statements as well. Double check everything from this bank because they are sketchy!!! Don't even try calling either because they will put you on hold forever and then just tell you to go online and do it yourself. Ridiculous 😤😡
I love this bank! The "Bank Ladies" at the Ellsworth branch are friendliest and most helpful staff you will ever encounter. Margaret and Traci from the mortgage loan department are amazing too. We recently decided to take advantage of the current low rates, and they made the refinance process so easy and turned it around SO quickly, I'm honestly shocked. We could not have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!!
