I have been with CCF Bank since 2015 after I escaped a violent marriage and I needed some place to have my Social Security check deposited. Recently in this past year CCF had to close the Faribault Branch and I am a 79 year old cancer patient with no living family; but I decided to stay with CCF. April 25th I deposited a check and started a checking account. He said it’ll take 1 week to receive my debit card. It’s May 31st and I still haven’t received my card. I called 3 weeks prior and they told me they forgot to order it and told me they’ll order it and it’ll come in a couple weeks (the week) and it’s Saturday March 31st. Terrible bank, absolutely no clarity or communication. Plus they charge you to keep a checking account…I highly recommend banking elsewhere.
