They called me 20 minutes before my appointment. They left him a message telling them to call them back. I called them back right when I saw the message because I’ve got an appointment with my daughter and they said that she’ll call me back when she gets a moment. I waited the whole entire day. These people don't answer the phone
thank you to the lady who didn’t load my benefits after having a phone call and making an appointment for next time and saying i’m all set and i go to buy formula bc my baby has nothing and i have no benefits it’s friday night they don’t open till monday . so now i have to figure out a way to get formula. the women who did my call should be fired bc i have to run around and figure out how im gonna get money for more . bc i have wic bc im broke .
