Christa is THE BEST! After having a miscarriage, my cycle was off and she helped me through treatment and herbs get back on track and pregnant again! She has helped me with some tension, discomfort and overall just help my body relax. Christa also has helped my husband's pain from sports injuries/surgeries that he has! She is super fun, sweet, and very knowledgeable!
