As a customer from EU, you pay a huge tax on transport and the have to deal with all the postal problems. At least ship with DHL express. Would not recommend if you are from outside of Australia. The product came ok but the way they handle international shipping is bad for the money you pay.
Been here a few times over the past 2 years and unfortunately the customer service is very hit or miss. Some workers there look so disengaged in actually serving customers they seem as if they would rather crawl into a hole than look you in the eyes and let out a smile

Originally looking for Bont Vapor SL to replace 7 year old Bont Vapor shoes. Ended up seriously damaging the savings account on a new build Y1sr ride. Ed and Dan weee friendly, professional, and were at the top of their game. Ed did a phenomenal job with the build and finessing the positioning.
