Great service! I had a problem with a brake cable I couldn’t remove from a shifter. The team offered to help me out free of charge - I was out the door with the old cable removed and the shifter freshly lubricated in about 5 minutes!
Really rude staff, two youngish guys but especially the older one working on the bike repair, and from reading the reviews here this is definitely not the first occasion. Zero acknowledgment to me walking in and when asking a question it seemed like I was putting them out and barely responded … when I asked how does booking a bike repair work.. ”We are fully booked this week and next week” while laughing under his breath .. there is a reason this shop is always empty..
