Booked in a service and made a trip into the city only to find their CBD location is closed and moved to Collingwood. Fair enough, business grows. Get to Collingwood, it's also closed. Extremely disappointed that this was not mentioned to me during my call to customer service 2 days prior to confirm service date. Not acceptable that they didn't even email customers booked for service during this down time to reschedule. This leads me to question their level of reliability and care for customers.
Really sweet store in the Melbourne CBD. I was having trouble getting my pedals on my bike after flying with it, I accidently turned up at the store before it opened because I was keen to fix the issue before checking out my hotel that morning. There happened to be someone arriving to setup who fixed my bike up for nothing pre-opening and gave me some directions too. So awesome! Real genuine folk. Will be back some time to buy some of their great looking bike accessories

The store details on Google indicated they were open today, Saturday 19th April. I made the trip into the CBD, and found the store closed. Please update your store opening details on Google. The details on your website only indicate Public Holidays, which today wasn't a Public holiday.
Mmmm. If I had a bag full of money, I'd enjoy spending it here. So, whistleout: anybody got a bag of money they want to let go of? Asking for a friend... Meanwhile... This is far removed from your average High Street bike shop. Tucked away along a surprisingly busy laneway in the decadent streetscape of middle-Collins Street, its like wandering into Tiffanys — replete with dazzling spotlights and an intimidating concertina-style folding metal gate!
