Incredibly helpful staff, called earlier about getting tyres changed on my bike, the service tech changed my tyres and set them up tubeless in about 15 minutes! Saved me heaps of time and gave me great advice too.
My go to bike shop even though it’s a 10km commute! Great friendly service by Charleston & Carter who did a wonderful job addressing an issue with my bike. They give me confidence that my bike will be well looked after. Cacche Melbourne is still great inspite of the inevitable staff changes over time.
Great prices. I bought several things from here. After a short while, a manufacturing issue become apparent with one of my purchases (obviously not their fault, and when I look online it's not typical for the brand either). They were so kind and hassle free about it and I received my replacement today. Amazing customer service. Just perfect. I very highly recommend CCACHE! Thank you!
Good selection of products, poor selection of sizes available. Staff were helpful enough but felt like I walked into a morgue. Vibes were definitely low. Overall not the best shopping experience.
